Job summary

Signify Technology is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer in Poland to design and scale ML solutions, from model design to production deployment and long-term maintenance.

You will work with large language models, retrieval-based systems, and agentic workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones. Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow are required.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years in software development or similar field.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Experience with LLMs and tooling, embeddings, vector search.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine machine learning models for high-impact business use cases.
• Prepare and process data with feature engineering and preprocessing steps.
• Evaluate and optimise model performance for accuracy and efficiency.
• Deploy models to production and maintain ML infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics to ship end-to-end ML solutions.
• Build and manage data pipelines supporting ongoing learning and real-time updates.
