Job summary

Limango GmbH in Poland is seeking a CRM Automation Manager – Tools & Data to lead AI-driven automation within our CRM. You will own Emarsys processes, design automation workflows, and drive data-driven improvements across campaigns.

You will partner with CRM, IT, and ML teams, extract and aggregate data with Databricks, optimize campaigns, and ensure accurate data and personalized communications across channels.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools.
• Good English and advanced Excel skills.
• Technical understanding and experience with SQL.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design AI-driven automation by collaborating with business teams.
• Design AI-powered solutions to reduce manual work and speed up processes.
• Become the expert for our CRM platform Emarsys and drive new communication opportunities.
• Support CRM teams by sharing best practices and monitoring campaign performance and budgets in Emarsys.
• Master ESL for automated and personalized customer communications.
• Extract and aggregate data from Emarsys using Databricks for data-driven decisions.
• Monitor, maintain, and update CRM-related data.
• Troubleshoot issues related to customer communications and campaigns.

YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS

Are you interested in customer communication, CRM tools, and automations? As a CRM Automation Manager – Tools & Data, you will become the expert for our CRM platform, improve processes with AI, and help shape our CRM strategy through data-driven insights.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and collaborate closely with business team to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions (e.g. workflow automation, intelligent data processing) to reduce manual effort and shorten turnaround times.
• Becoming the expert for our CRM platform – Emarsys – and driving new communication opportunities.
• Supporting the CRM teams by sharing best practices and monitoring campaign performance and budgets in Emarsys.
• Becoming an expert in ESL (Emarsys Scripting Language) to create automated and personalized customer communications (e.g. abandoned cart and wishlist campaigns).
• Extracting and aggregating data from Emarsys using Databricks to support the CRM teams with data-driven decision-making.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and updating CRM-related data.
• Troubleshooting issues related to customer communications and campaign execution.
• Working closely with the CRM, IT, and Machine Learning teams.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Several years of experience with CRM systems or similar marketing automation tools.
• Good technical understanding and initial experience with SQL.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine and interpret data from different sources.
• Good English skills, as you will work in an international environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
