Job summary

GoMining is seeking an experienced in-house Recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Finance, Operations and other functions.

You will build sourcing strategies, conduct recruiter interviews, manage offers, and nurture pipelines, while collaborating with hiring managers to define profiles and ensure a strong candidate experience. This role emphasizes independent work, strong sourcing, and international hiring with remote or hybrid formats.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience working as an in-house recruiter or closely with product/technology companies.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience hiring for several functions and managing multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct recruiter interviews and evaluate candidate motivation, experience, and overall fit.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide recruitment feedback.
• Manage offers and support candidates through offer acceptance.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Track hiring metrics and continuously improve sourcing and recruitment processes.

You will own the full recruitment cycle — from understanding the hiring manager's needs and building a sourcing strategy to interviews, offers, and candidate acceptance.
The role involves working with a wide range of positions across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other business functions.
We are looking for someone who is already confident in independent recruitment, knows how to find passive candidates, and wants to grow further in international and complex hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct recruiter interviews and evaluate candidate motivation, experience, and overall fit
• Manage candidates throughout the entire interview process and maintain a strong candidate experience
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide clear recruitment feedback
• Manage offers and support candidates through offer acceptance
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS
• Track hiring metrics and continuously improve sourcing and recruitment processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Experience working as an in-house recruiter or closely with product / technology companies
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Experience hiring for several different functions and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Confident use of LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
• Ability to independently communicate with hiring managers and challenge requirements when needed
• Strong communication, organization, and candidate management skills
• Data-driven approach to recruitment and understanding of basic recruitment metrics
• English B2+

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, or FinTech roles
• Experience with international hiring
• Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, or high-growth technology companies
• Experience with Workable or similar ATS
• Active use of AI tools for sourcing, research, and recruitment automation
