Job description

You will

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered
• Analyze business processes, datasets, and systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Lead or support the development of automated data lineage solutions to improve visibility, governance, and traceability across data pipelines
• Apply generative AI and advanced analytics methods to automate workflows and enhance decision-making
• Gather, validate, and document business and data requirements for new initiatives and enhancements
• Translate technical designs and analytical outputs into clear, business-friendly insights
• Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with technical teams
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decisions

Must have

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Data / Business Analysis roles
• Strong ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions
• Experience in data analysis, business process analysis, and requirement gathering
• Knowledge of data lineage concepts, governance, and traceability
• Experience with data quality analysis and root cause investigation
• Experience building dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights
• Exposure to generative AI or advanced analytics methods
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience working in large corporate / enterprise environments
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks
• Experience supporting data transformation or automation initiatives
• Knowledge of modern BI or data visualization tools
