Job summary

Vention in Wroclaw is seeking a Business Analyst to join our IT team in a hybrid role. You will contribute at every stage of the project lifecycle, support pre-sales activities, and ensure clear requirements and documentation for stakeholders.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of BA experience, strong English (B2+), and the ability to produce comprehensive product documentation. The role offers collaboration with clients and internal teams on a global engineering roadmap.

• Actively contribute at every stage of the project lifecycle, including participation in pre-sales activities
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables
• Analyze and document project requirements while managing changes throughout the software development process
• Create detailed prototypes and mockups to support functional understanding and project planning

What you bring

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry
• A strong passion for Business Analysis and a clear drive for continuous professional growth
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with experience in client-facing communication
• Proven ability to produce comprehensive product documentation, including requirements and specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders
