Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Copilot Developer to build and deliver Copilot agents for enterprise-scale automation. You will design agents with Copilot Studio, orchestrate multi-agent conversations and engineer prompts for optimal user experience.

You will integrate agents with SAP, Salesforce, SQL/Oracle via REST APIs and craft custom connectors using OpenAPI. The role focuses on secure, scalable deployments in Oil & Gas environments and requires governance and RBAC expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform agent development.
• Hands-on integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, SQL/Oracle and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in custom connector development (OpenAPI/REST) and secure API integration (Azure Entra ID, OAuth 2.0).
• Strong understanding of enterprise data management (structured/unstructured, SharePoint, Dataverse).
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, DLP policy enforcement and RBAC.
• Deployment lifecycle management, monitoring and performance optimization.

Job description

We are seeking a talented Senior Copilot Developer. The role focuses on the development of Microsoft Copilot agents and enterprise integrations using Microsoft Power Platform.

The position covers Copilot Studio agent development, custom connectors, advanced automation, secure enterprise system integration, governance and lifecycle management in enterprise and industrial (Oil & Gas) environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Copilot agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including task-based, retrieval-based and autonomous agents
• Model and orchestrate agent conversations, including multi-agent capability chains
• Engineer prompts and control agent responses for optimal user experience
• Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, SQL/Oracle and custom applications via REST APIs
• Develop and maintain Power Platform connectors, including custom connectors (OpenAPI/REST) and secure API integrations (Azure Entra ID, OAuth 2.0)
• Enable enterprise knowledge grounding, structured/unstructured data handling and contextual data retrieval (SharePoint, Dataverse)
• Ensure compliance with governance, security and industry standards, including DLP, RBAC and Responsible AI
• Manage agent deployment lifecycle (DEV/UAT/PROD), monitor performance and drive continuous improvement for industrial and Oil & Gas use cases

Requirements

• Proven experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform agent development
• Hands-on integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, SQL/Oracle and REST APIs
• Proficiency in custom connector development (OpenAPI/REST) and secure API integration (Azure Entra ID, OAuth 2.0)
• Strong understanding of enterprise data management (structured/unstructured, SharePoint, Dataverse)
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, DLP policy enforcement and RBAC
• Familiarity with deployment lifecycle management, monitoring and performance optimization
• Experience in support of industrial or Oil & Gas sector solutions is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration
