EPAM Systems is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications practice in Poland, seeking professionals skilled in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Copilot technologies. You will collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions, accelerate AI adoption, and drive digital transformation across client engagements.

The role emphasizes building plugins, integrations, and model-driven apps, while leveraging Copilot Studio and AI capabilities within an Agile team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform experience.
• Proficiency in Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with C#/.NET plugins and custom APIs.
• Understanding of Azure fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English B2+; Generative AI and LLMs awareness.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-enabled opportunities.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities
