Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications practice in Poland, seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and large-scale deployments.

You will collaborate with global teams, design scalable solutions using Power Platform, Dataverse, and AI capabilities, mentor engineers, and contribute to pre‑sales activities while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform.
• Solution architecture experience for enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform deployments.
• Lead discovery workshops and define solution roadmaps.
• Establish application, integration, security, and data architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio and related tooling.
• Ensure architecture governance and compliance with best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and demonstrations.
• Mentor engineering and consulting teams, collaborating with sponsors and executives.
