Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to design and deploy modern IT strategies for top-tier organizations in the EMEA region. You will lead full-lifecycle implementations across the M365 ecosystem, aligning technical deliverables with clients’ business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in technical consulting with a proven track record of architecting solutions on the Microsoft stack.
• Experience designing digital workplace solutions using SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot Studio.
• Ability to translate client strategy into scalable, AI-enabled architectures and to lead large-scale transformations.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, security, and enterprise-grade deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize and optimize Microsoft 365 digital workplace solutions across SharePoint, Teams and related tools.
• Lead client conversations and guide EY teams through transformation initiatives.
• Apply an AI-first approach to deliver scalable architectures and ensure governance and security are built in.
