Job summary

EY GDS Technology Consulting is seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to design and deploy modern IT strategies for enterprise clients across the EMEA region.

Based in Poland with 2 days in office and 3 days remote, you will lead full-lifecycle M365 initiatives, leveraging Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform to deliver scalable, AI-driven digital workplace transformations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical consulting, with architecting solutions on the Microsoft stack and Agile experience.
• Experience with large enterprise digital workplace transformations.
• Ability to translate client strategies into scalable architectures with AI at the core.

The opportunity

EY GDS Technology Consulting is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to design and deploy modern IT strategies for top-tier organizations throughout the EMEA region.

In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise across the M365 ecosystem—including Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, and Copilot Studio—to lead full-lifecycle implementations. From initial discovery and blueprinting to final deployment and testing, you will ensure our technical deliverables align perfectly with our clients' strategic business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will design, customize, and optimize digital workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Agent 365, and Copilot Studio. You will be a partner with EY teams to drive and deliver digital workplace transformation initiatives. Using an AI-first approach, you will translate client strategy into scalable solutions that enable organizations to become future-ready.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Consulting Background: Minimum of 6 years in technical consulting, with a proven track record of architecting solutions on the Microsoft stack and working within Agile software development frameworks.
• Architect & Optimize: Design and refine digital workplace solutions utilizing SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Agent 365, and Copilot Studio.
• Transform Business: Collaborate closely with internal EY teams to guide clients through large-scale digital workplace transformations.
• Incorporate AI-First Frameworks: Translate high-level client business strategies into scalable, future-ready architectures with artificial intelligence at the core.
• Govern & Collaborate: Oversee solution blueprints, lead design reviews, and coordinate across multiple workstreams to deliver seamless, integrated systems.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Adept at guiding teams through project governance, requirement gathering, risk assessment, vendor selection, testing, and training.
• Practice Development: Passionate about mentoring team members and creating intellectual property, methodologies, and tools that set our consulting practice apart.
• Collaboration & Relationship Building: Skilled at partnering with client IT professionals, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to cultivate long-term business networks.
• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new MS DYNAMICS 365 solutions that may enforce governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
• Willingness to report on the progress of R&D projects and document the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review aligned to enterprise standards.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Working with large enterprise clients to implement complex projects for some or all of:
• Deep understanding and experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365,
• Experience with industry LLMs, RAG architectures, Copilot extensibility, and protocols like MCP and A2A.
• Solution development with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• M365 Copilot technical deployment and Copilot Control System configuration and testing.
• Responsible AI via AI Risk Frameworks like: ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, OWASP LLM Top 10.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Higher Education Degree
• Strong team leader skills
• Microsoft certifications and prior consulting experience are highly preferred
