Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks a Senior Office 365 Engineer to lead the implementation and management of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online, with tenant administration. Hybrid work from Poland offices is required, three days a week.

Responsibilities include engineering Microsoft 365 solutions, Tier 3 support, and architecture reviews, with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to security and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in relevant roles with Microsoft 365 and cloud experience.
• Expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Azure environments.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP security groups, load balancers and networking is a plus.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and C# for automation; familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and implement Microsoft Office 365 solutions to support expansion.
• Provide Tier 3 support for the Microsoft Office 365 environment.
• Ensure changes follow lifecycle and risk management guidelines.
• Mentor teammates and participate in architecture reviews.
• Design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions meeting compliance needs.
• Address escalated issues in messaging, collaboration and identity services.
• Collaborate with security, application and infrastructure teams for cohesive cloud solutions.
• Improve documentation and operational standards; drive service improvements.
