Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior M365 & Power Platform Engineer to serve as the escalation point for complex issues, platform architecture, governance, and automation. You will drive diagnostics, implement enterprise configurations, and lead improvements across M365 and Power Platform.

The role includes on‑call rotations outside standard hours and collaboration with architects, service owners, and R&D teams to implement best practices and robust governance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of deep, hands‑on enterprise administration of Microsoft 365.
• Expert-level experience in security, governance, compliance, and tenant architecture.
• Strong Power Platform administration (Dataverse troubleshooting, complex flow debugging, governance).
• Experience operating in a 24×7 rotational support model.
• Demonstrated ability to lead RCA, architect improvements, and guide teams through complex scenarios.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift‑based support environment, including participation in a scheduled on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Make decisions, optimize processes, and oversee resource management for task execution.
• Allocate personnel, supervise teams, assign tasks, and ensure tools and support are available.
• Provide on‑call coverage during rotation and respond to system incidents or user requests as needed.
• Lead RCA and deliver permanent fixes across M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Design and enforce governance, compliance, and security frameworks aligned to enterprise standards.
