Job summary

Daftcode, a technology group based in Warsaw, is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Specialist to own the merchant journey end-to-end—from documentation review to account setup and risk mitigation. You will bridge merchants with Sales, Tech and Product teams to ensure a compliant, smooth experience.

This role welcomes junior and regular candidates, including final-year students who can start part-time and move to full-time after graduation.

As anMerchant Onboarding Specialist, you will own the merchant journey end-to-end – from verifying documents and preparing contracts to setting up accounts and reducing risk. You’ll act as the bridge between merchants and internal teams (Sales, Tech, Product) to ensure a seamless, fully compliant experience.If you’re a proactive problem-solver with sharp attention to detail who takes full ownership of your work – don’t hesitate to apply.

Your responsibilities:

• Own the client onboarding process from start to finish, including documentation review, account setup, and ongoing maintenance.
• Understanding the complexity of the products and ensuring compliant merchant onboarding in line with the requirements.
• Working closely with other teams (e.g., sales, tech, product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Preparing and adjusting contracts for merchants.
• Ensure that the processes agreed with the Leader are reflected internally.
• Ensure data integrity, documentation management, and reporting within the company systems
• Ensure risk mitigation during the onboarding process
• English at C1 andPolish at B2 level.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions
• Natural drive to structure and streamline processes, and a passion for building lasting trust with every client.
• Team-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to daily work.
