Job summary

Valeo in Czechowice-Dziedzice seeks a hands-on Engineering Disciplines Manager to lead validation activities for LV products, shaping the test strategy and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will drive DVP planning, testing, data analysis, and equipment maintenance to ensure quality and compliance.

Requires a Master’s or Engineer degree and 3+ years in automotive testing/validation, plus strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, CAN/LIN, and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Masters or Engineer degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation.
• At least 3 years in testing/validation, automotive preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a validation team (~8 people) and define the test strategy for LV products.
• Create and manage the Design Validation Plan (DVP) and estimate costs/schedules.
• Oversee validation tests, data analysis, MSA, and official test reports.
• Develop and maintain lab test equipment and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
• Drive technical problem-solving for tested products and equipment.
• Collaborate with international project teams on risk analysis and improvements.
