Job summary

Valeo, a global technology company, invites a System Validation Engineer to Czechowice-Dziedzice, Poland. You will lead validation activities for Smart Actuators and Powertrain systems, develop integration test scripts, and support project teams across automotive development disciplines.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree and 3+ years in automotive system engineering, with strong skills in CAN/LIN, CAPL, Python, and Vector tools. English and Polish fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electronics or similar.
• 3+ years in Automotive/Industrial System Engineering.
• Proficiency with CAN/LIN protocols and Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape).
• Programming in CAPL and Python.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of Smart Actuators & Powertrain System (eMotors, inverters, reducers, PLA).
• Develop and manage Integration Test Scripts (functional & non-functional).
• Serve as the System Validation Engineer (Sys Val) for the team and support project personnel.
• Conduct full validation/verification and participate in bug analysis/fixing.
• Shape R&D System Engineering Methodology according to A-Spice standards.
