Job summary

Biogen Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Material Review Coordinator to streamline regional and affiliate material reviews, partnering with Material Owners and external agencies to plan future content and localization. You will input metadata, support Veeva Vault InSCite users, maintain asset quality, and help drive KPIs through dashboards and reports.

Collaboration with BPO and IT Support will be part of your daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international qualification related to service area.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in material review for pharma or creative agency.
• Proficiency with Veeva Vault for content management.
• Familiarity with metadata standards and classification systems.
• Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional and affiliate material review processes with localization in mind.
• Onboard and coordinate training on materials review and localization workflows.
• Collaborate with Material Owners and external agencies to plan reviews.
• Track metrics and analyze data to report via dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate with BPO and IT Support to propose system enhancements and testing.
• Maintain and monitor assets in Veeva Vault InSCite.
• Guide Material Owners through creation, updates, and localization steps.
• Align taxonomy and metadata across stakeholders; establish KPIs.
• Keep training materials and work instructions up to date and compliant.
• Facilitate interactions with regional teams to ensure efficient reviews.
