Job summary

eStoreLabs in Kraków, Poland seeks a coordinated professional to manage content projects, including creation and localisation, with extensive client communication. The role requires handling administrative tasks, time management, and process improvements while liaising with freelancers and teams.

You will maintain client relations, report progress, and contribute to continuous learning in a hybrid, supportive international environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience coordinating and executing projects.
• Experience in content creation and localisation.
• Experience working with French-speaking clients for at least 3 years.
• Pro-client attitude, high personal culture and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with extensive reporting.
• Advanced level of English and French (C1).
• Independent and proactive approach.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day execution of assigned part or smaller projects related to content (creation, localisation).
• Handle administrative aspects of the project, assets and files.
• Fill out time-management tools correctly and on time.
• Create and propose process improvements.
• Communicate processes to team members and client.
• Delegate tasks effectively to freelancers.
• Maintain professional client contact and update status as feedback arrives.
• Identify problems and propose solutions.
• Foster collaborative knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
