Job summary

Amer Sports Kraków is seeking a Master Data Team Leader to guide the master data operations, ensure timely creation and maintenance of records, and drive data quality aligned with KPIs and SLAs. You will lead a team, manage workload, and pursue automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

In this role you will partner with IT (SAP, OneStream, Ariba) and local finance teams to support business continuity and process optimization, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in master data, finance operations, or shared services with team coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ECC/SAP S/4) and master data processes.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day master data operations including creation, maintenance, and deactivation of master data records (COA, cost centers, vendor/customer data, fixed assets, stores).
• Lead, coach and develop a team; run regular 1:1s and performance reviews and manage recruitment and career progression.
• Run daily huddles, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement with automation (RPA, mass-upload tools).
• Collaborate with IT and global units on system enhancements (SAP, OneStream, Ariba) and ensure data governance and control.
• Own documentation, training matrices, and business continuity planning for the team.
• Serve as operational contact for local finance teams and coordinate stakeholder reviews and audits.
