Job summary

Mowi Central Europe is seeking a Global Master Data Support Center Manager to lead a multinational Master Data Services team in a dynamic environment. You will drive data quality, governance, and process improvements across the organization, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliant Master Data practices.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership, strong analytics, and experience with Master Data Management systems, plus familiarity with Power BI and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with M3 is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus.
• SSC experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Global Master Data Services team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with global Master Data standards and governance.
• Drive process optimization, operational excellence, and data quality initiatives.
• Manage operational risks, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Lead projects and implement improvements supporting business goals and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization for consistent Master Data practices.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support employee development.
• Oversee technical solutions, process documentation, and knowledge management within the team.
