Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S in Poznań is seeking a Master Data Specialist for 1.5 years to manage material master data in SAP and support day-to-day operations.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and Sales to ensure data quality and participate in data governance, with opportunities for growth in a modern office environment.

Qualifications

• University graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of Master Data experience (customers, vendors, or materials).
• English at intermediate level; second language helpful.
• Familiar with SAP and MS Excel.
• Risk oriented with focus on internal controls.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong process and system management skills.
• Results oriented with customer focus.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a Master Data Junior Specialist/Master Data Specialist based in our Poznań Office for a 1.5 year contract.

What you will be doing:

• Analyzing, completing and creating new material master data and change requests in SAP system to support day to day business operations;
• Resolving operational issues reported by local organisations on daily basis;
• Delivering data to the customers according to the agreed timeline;
• Cooperation with other business teams within Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Sales to address and resolve master data issues in a timely manner;
• Participation in data governance management as well as in data quality/cleansing activities;
• Understanding the ‘holistic picture’ and recognizing and understanding any impacts to system landscape;
• Monitoring system and ensuring data quality, compliance and consistency of master data;
• Keeping the related documents (procedures, SoPs, definitions etc.) up to date;
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives;
• Managing stakeholder relationships;
• Supporting ad-hoc reports requests

What you bring :

• University graduate;
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in Master Data (such as customers, vendors or materials);
