As a Senior HR Administrator you will be a part of the HR Admin team of 4 who successfully support the HR Admin agenda within ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center. HR Team in ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center is responsible for various areas starting from recruitment, administration as well as HR Business Partnering - supporting employees in 2 locations Poznan & Warsaw.
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Administrator who will take ownership of HR Administration processes within the ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center. In this role, you will contribute to process improvements, take part in international projects, support business needs, and help shape efficient HR solutions in an international environment.
