Job summary

We are enhancing our Global Digital Sales and Marketing efforts and are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to translate the online needs of our customers as well as the business into clear, actionable stories and features. Come join our Group Digital Sales and Marketing department, in our newly established satellite office in Poznan, Poland! Together with our Product data domain PO and developers, you will play a key role in delivering key initiatives that will enable our omnichannel strategy. Working with counterparts and stakeholders in marketing from North America, Europe and Asia, you’ll be capturing our user’s needs, pain-points, opportunities and merging them with strategic initiatives to ensure we set the right marketing product data foundation. Your future team

You will join the Product Data Domain team and report directly to Nicklas Kristensen, Head of Customer Experience. Working closely with Alejandra Garcia, our Product Owner, you'll be the operational backbone high-impact initiatives. You'll partner with product development teams, engage with users across multiple countries, and collaborate with marketing, data governance, and architecture teams to ensure seamless execution. The team values openness, transparency, pragmatism and the ability to turn complexity into action.

What you will be doing:
  • Translate business needs into execution: Gather requirements from users and stakeholders, refine epics into user stories, define scope, and balance ambition with delivery reality.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery across Calculators and Rockpublish (PDF generator) initiatives.
  • Create rollout plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery across markets and time zones.
  • Coordinate across teams: Manage stakeholder expectations and align three internal development teams, users across countries, and supporting functions.
  • Enable agile team execution: Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives. Break down strategic priorities into executable tasks.
  • Make operational decisions with speed: Prioritize, handle change requests, and resolve blocking issues - knowing when to decide independently or escalation.
  • Establish data governance: Define data models, document processes, and ensure business requirements are captured and aligned.
  • Monitor progress and inform strategy: Track rollout status, milestones, and risks; provide regular input to roadmap updates and leadership visibility.
What you bring:
  • Product & project coordination: 5+ years coordinating digital/data/marketing tech platforms with strategic vision and operational execution.
  • Business analysis: Expert at requirements gathering, data modelling, and coordinating large-scale multi-market implementations.
  • Agile mastery: Fluent in Scrum and Kanban; guide teams through sprint execution and continuous improvement.
  • Data systems knowledge: Understand PIM, BIM, or equivalent complex data platforms and their governance is a plus.
  • Matrix organization excellence: Thrive in international, multi-stakeholder environments; build trust and navigate competing priorities without formal authority.
  • Communication & coordination: Exceptional communicator who engages global teams and maintains alignment across local markets.
  • Problem‑solving mindset: Turn complex requirements into actionable plans; proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
