Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a Master Data Junior Specialist/Specialist in Poznań on a 1.5-year contract. You will manage material, vendor and customer data in SAP, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and Sales to resolve issues.

The role requires at least 1 year of master data experience, university degree, and good English; familiarity with SAP and MS Excel is essential. The position offers a modern office in Poznań, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• University graduate required.
• At least 1 year of Master Data experience (customers, vendors or materials).
• Intermediate English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, updating and creating master data in SAP to support operations.
• Resolving daily operational data issues reported by local teams.
• Delivering accurate data to customers within agreed timelines.
• Collaborating with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and Sales to resolve data issues.
• Participating in data governance and data quality improvement activities.
• Monitoring data quality, and maintaining up-to-date SOPs and documentation.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and supporting ad-hoc reports.

What you will be doing:

• Analyzing, completing and creating new material master data and change requests in SAP system to support day to day business operations;
• Resolving operational issues reported by local organisations on daily basis;
• Delivering data to the customers according to the agreed timeline;
• Cooperation with other business teams within Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Sales to address and resolve master data issues in a timely manner;
• Participation in data governance management as well as in data quality/cleansing activities;
• ;Understanding the ‘holistic picture’ and recognizing and understanding any impacts to system landscape;
• Monitoring system and ensuring data quality, compliance and consistency of master data;
• Keeping the related documents (procedures, SoPs, definitions etc.) up to date;
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives;
• Managing stakeholder relationships;
• Supporting ad-hoc reports requests

What you bring :

• University graduate;
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in Master Data (such as customers, vendors or materials);
• Intermediate level of English, second language will be beneficial;
• Familiarity with SAP, MS Excel;
