Hempel is seeking a motivated Master Data Trainee to join our team in Gdansk, Poland, supporting key data management activities. You will help maintain financial master data and perform vendor bank-detail verification procedures.

This paid internship offers hybrid work arrangements and a hands-on learning environment until the end of January 2026. Ideal for a student available 10-20 hours per week, with strong English communication and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Active student status.
• Good at written and spoken English; any additional language is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours – min. 10-20 hours a week.
• Fast learning, detailed oriented and highly accountable.
• Good communication skills and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Data Management - Maintain and update financial master data in the systems.
• Vendor data verification - perform “call back” procedure to verify and reconfirm bank details with vendors.
