Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a MarTech Lead to own the marketing technology ecosystem and shape its future in a multi-jurisdiction regulated environment. You will drive the strategy, architecture, and vendor landscape, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data.

The role involves hands-on decisions, governance across tracking and analytics, and leading cross-functional projects remotely while planning the FY27 MarTech roadmap and 2027 rebrand workstream.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in MarTech, Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms.
• Strong experience with at least one: HubSpot or equivalent CRM, GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel.
• Proven experience in vendor selection, contract negotiation and technology rationalisation.
• Strong project delivery and documentation skills; define scope, milestones, ownership and tech requirements.
• Practical AI experience in Marketing; identify valuable, measurable use cases.
• Experience in regulated industries is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of consent, data governance and compliance in digital marketing.
• Able to lead cross-functional projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own the MarTech strategy and architecture, including the audit and future-state stack.
• Own the CMS, HubSpot, tracking and analytics governance and integrations.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiations and renewals; decide buy/build/retire.
• Build foundations for tracking and analytics (server-side GTM, GA4, Consent Mode, Amplitude).
• Identify and deliver practical AI use cases across content, localisation, reporting and campaigns.
• Establish delivery standards; turn Marketing requirements into defined technical projects with milestones.
• Serve as the technology partner for Marketing; coordinate with Product, Engineering and Data on the FY27 MarTech roadmap.
