Job summary

AIBY is seeking a MarTech Product Lead to own and evolve its internal marketing technology ecosystem. You will define the vision, architecture, and long-term strategy for growth across our app portfolio and analytics platforms.

You will lead discovery with internal stakeholders, drive AI adoption in marketing workflows, and shape how performance marketing, creative production, and analytics operate at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years owning internal MarTech/growth/analytics products for mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of paid UA, funnels, attribution, LTV, CAC, ROAS.
• Experience building or evolving creative production systems at scale.
• Practical exposure to AI/ML use cases in marketing (automation, generation, optimization).
• Data-minded with hands-on analytics tooling experience (Tableau, Amplitude, Firebase).
• Platform-thinking mindset: build systems, not just features.
• Ability to operate at Lead/Head level and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-growing, product-led organizations with speed and scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal MarTech ecosystem.
• Build tools for Performance Marketing, Creative, Growth, and Analytics teams; partner with them to remove bottlenecks.
• Lead discovery via deep user research, data analysis, and hands-on experimentation.
• Define long-term architecture and trade-offs based on business impact and scalability.
• Build scalable products across 70+ apps and multiple growth needs.
• Drive automation and AI adoption in marketing workflows (creative generation, testing, optimization, attribution, insights).
• Define and own success metrics (ROI uplift, CAC reduction, LTV growth, time-to-market, velocity).
• Act as Product Leader for MarTech: set standards, implement best practices, raise quality, influence outcomes end-to-end.
