• 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience with Braze, HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience designing, executing, and optimizing multichannel tests (email, WhatsApp, push).
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Start-up mindset with experimentation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Project and stakeholder management across end-to-end campaigns.
• Map customer journeys and define funnel communications.
• Plan and execute CRM campaign strategies based on data insights and benchmarking.
