ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a Marketing Trainee to join the Poznań office. You will assist in digital marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing and content creation across European markets. You will learn from experienced marketers and gain hands-on experience from day one.

The role offers flexible timing, potential remote work, and involvement in events and marketing materials, with an introduction program and access to a modern office near major universities in Poznań.

Qualifications

• Final-year student of Marketing, Communication or Business.
• Native Polish speaker with good written and spoken English.
• Basic hands-on knowledge of social media advertising, Google Ads and email marketing tools.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles: market research, positioning, branding and campaigns.
• Accurate, structured way of working; good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Interest in construction, architecture or design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing department with a variety of activities, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• Assist in social media advertising campaigns, Google Ads and email marketing tasks.
• Create and publish content for social media and the website; help update pages and landing pages.
• Track results with Google Analytics and prepare simple campaign reports.
• Assist with lead generation, market and competitor research, events and marketing materials.
