Job summary

Embla Medical, part of Össur, is seeking a Marketing Technology Lead in Szczecin to guide the marketing tech team and own Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and integration with Salesforce CRM.

You'll translate business needs into technical solutions, drive data governance, enablement, and continuous improvement across platforms like Pardot, GetFeedback, Cloudinary and Highspot, with remote options for Poland.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing technology or related technical field
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Familiarity with Pardot, GetFeedback, Cloudinary and Highspot; Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot certification preferred
Strong data integration, system implementation and technical support for marketing platforms

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the marketing technology team
Own hands-on implementation and daily execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Turn business requirements into technical solutions with IT and stakeholders
Ensure data flow between platforms and CRM integration
Govern data hygiene, segmentation and privacy compliance (GDPR/HIPAA)
Provide training, guidance and support to internal teams
Identify opportunities to improve tools, automations, integrations and documentation
