Job summary

Galderma SA in Kraków is seeking a Salesforce Global Data Architect to design and evolve data solutions across Commercial and Marketing platforms. This role shapes scalable, secure data architecture that supports strategic priorities and digital transformation.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, define architecture standards, and guide delivery teams. Strong data governance, GDPR knowledge, and experience with Salesforce, Snowflake/Databricks, and BI tools are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Architecture, Analytics or related data roles, preferably in regulated environments
• Experience supporting Commercial and Marketing data use cases such as reporting or BI
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Snowflake/Databricks, Power BI or similar analytics platforms
• Knowledge of SQL and Python, with cloud data/AI/ML exposure beneficial
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for global initiatives
• Experience with release coordination and GitHub for change traceability
• Understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, GxP and data governance best practices
• Ability to lead and influence global data initiatives and architectures

Responsibilities

• Define architectural vision and guidelines for Commercial and Marketing data solutions
• Align IT data architecture with business objectives and digital transformation
• Design scalable, secure data models and architecture solutions
• Evaluate data technologies and platforms based on business requirements
• Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams and ensure governance compliance
• Conduct architectural reviews, impact assessments and risk evaluations
• Maintain architecture documentation and contribute to roadmaps and improvements
