Job summary

Stape in Poland seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to uncover insights from marketing data and guide data‑driven decisions. You will optimize campaigns, build robust reports, and collaborate with marketing managers and analysts to improve performance and attribution for our SaaS product.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytics with technical skills in GA4, GTM Server‑Side, SQL, Python, and BI tools, and communicates insights clearly across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a marketing analyst.
• Expert knowledge of GA4 and GTM (Server Side required).
• Strong understanding of main marketing channels (Paid, Organic, Email).
• SQL with data cleaning, transformation and preparation.
• Python (Pandas, Plotly) for data analysis; Jupyter Notebooks is a plus.
• Visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI) to present insights.
• Understanding of consent management platforms.
• English level: upper-intermediate (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to collaborate with marketing managers and analysts.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and practical experience with A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaigns and provide clear recommendations to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates by analyzing user behaviour, anomalies, and A/B test results.
• Automate analytical tasks and create reports in BI tools based on marketing data models.
• Regularly review key marketing metrics and provide hypotheses for future analyses.
• Support the PPC team in tracking and improving the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Develop and implement an effective attribution model for our SaaS product.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to address critical business questions in a timely manner.
