Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy across European markets.
• Plan and coordinate the company’s participation in industry trade fairs and events across Europe.
• Manage and coordinate industry events and external marketing activities.
• Create marketing materials, including case studies and client success stories.
• Manage the company’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn).
• Collaborate closely with Sales, HR, and operational teams to support business development initiatives.
• Organize client visits and events, including meetings, business dinners, and hospitality.
• Support internal marketing and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget based on the company’s marketing plans.
• Cooperate with external marketing and event service providers.
• Report marketing activities and progress directly to the Regional Director, EU.
