Job description

• Ability to plan and conduct marketing activities (campaigns, promotional activities, communication),
• Practical knowledge of creating and implementing marketing plans and schedules,
• Understanding the marketing funnel
• Very good written communication
• Ability to adapt language to the target group and be consistent with the brand tone
• Skills in preparing a brief for a graphic designer/photographer/videographer and assessing the quality of materials
• Ability to analyze the effects of actions and draw conclusions (KPIs, reports, recommendations)
• Freedom to work with data in the Microsoft Excel environment (tables, summaries, basic charts),
• Good work organization, ability to conduct several topics simultaneously
• Punctuality, accuracy and responsibility for delivering tasks “from A to Z”
• Ability to collaborate with other departments (sales, product, customer service) and external suppliers
• Independence and initiative (proposing solutions, not just carrying out tasks)
• Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure
• Openness to feedback and the desire to continuously learn

• Experience in B2B/technical industry (automotive/industrial products/trade) is welcome

The main tasks of the post holder will include

• co-creating and implementing the company's marketing strategy,
• participation in the implementation of sales support tools (POS materials, promotional campaigns, gadgets, etc.),
• comprehensive organization of national and international industry events, trade fairs,
• managing and maintaining social media profiles and managing website content,
• editing press and advertising texts (linguistic correctness, light writing),
• brand marketing: active creation and supervision of the image of selected brands,
• cooperation with external suppliers and partners, also in English,
• market analysis, identifying customer needs, media monitoring,
• reporting the results of advertising campaigns, analysis and recommendations.
