Job summary

Sungrow is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for Poland and the Baltics. This senior, hands-on role has full ownership from day one and reports to the Marketing Team Leader, Region East.

You will own the local marketing strategy and execution, coordinating with the Country Manager, distributors, and partners, plus a Lithuania-based intern. Responsibilities include developing the annual Poland marketing plan, delivering multi-channel campaigns and events,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience
• Fluent Polish and strong business English
• Experience leading marketing activities for a market independently
• Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and events
• Experience managing distributor/partner relationships is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Poland and to the Baltic states

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Poland and the Baltics
• Plan and deliver marketing activities across digital, content, and offline channels
• Manage relationships with distributors, installers, and partners
• Organise and support trade shows, trainings, and owned events
• Guide the Baltics Marketing Intern and coordinate on-site support
• Manage local marketing budget, supplier selection, and agency briefs
• Produce and localise marketing content in Polish with brand consistency
• Monitor market trends and campaign performance, reporting to Marketing Team Leader
• Ensure GDPR/RODO compliance and align with budgeting processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Service teams across Poland and the Baltics

Sungrow is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for Poland and the Baltics. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has already led marketing for a market end to end and can take full ownership from day one, not a role for someone building this experience for the first time.
You will own the local marketing strategy and execution for Poland, working closely with the Country Manager, distributors, and partners, while directing a Lithuania-based Marketing Intern who delivers on-site support across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The role reports into the Marketing Team Leader, Region East, and contributes to the wider Region East marketing plan. Let's see the main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Poland, aligned with Region East strategy and business targets
• Plan and deliver marketing activities across digital, content, and offline channels for the Polish market
• Manage relationships with Polish distributors, installers, and partners, including co-marketing and training initiatives
• Organise and support trade shows, installer trainings, and owned events in Poland, following Power Connect and Power Sharing branding guidelines
• Guide and coordinate the Baltics Marketing Intern, ensuring consistent on-site marketing support and brand presence in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
• Manage local marketing budget, supplier selection, and agency briefs for Poland
• Produce and localise marketing content and campaigns in Polish, ensuring correct technical terminology and brand consistency
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance, reporting results and recommendations to the Marketing Team Leader
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR/RODO requirements and internal legal and budget processes
• Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Service teams in Poland and the Baltics

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of leading and owning marketing activities for a market independently, not in a supporting or coordinator capacity
• Demonstrated ability to set and drive local marketing strategy with minimal oversight; this role requires someone who is already experienced, not someone developing into the role
• Fluent Polish and strong business English, spoken and written
• Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and events
• Experience managing distributor, partner, or installer relationships is an advantage
• Comfortable managing budgets, suppliers, and external agencies
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to lead multiple markets and priorities at once
• Experience guiding or directing junior team members or interns
• Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally to the Baltic states
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus
