Envipco in Poland is seeking a proactive Local Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on local marketing execution, event coordination, content localization, and supporting the commercial team with day-to-day marketing activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Hands-on and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting events, exhibitions, or local marketing activities.
• Familiarity with design and content tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Understanding of the Polish market and local business culture.

Responsibilities

• Event & Tradeshow Coordination: Coordinate local trade shows, suppliers, logistics, branding, and event-related marketing support for the commercial team.
• Localization & Content Support: Adapt, translate, review, and localize global marketing content for the Polish market while ensuring brand consistency.
• Marketing Material Coordination: Manage local marketing assets and coordinate production of brochures, presentations, sell sheets, and printed materials with local suppliers.
• Commercial Team Support: Support sales and business development activities with localized presentations, marketing coordination, and timely execution of requests.
• Social Media & Communications: Localize global marketing content for the Polish market and support the Online Marketing Specialist in ensuring content is locally relevant and aligned with market needs.
