Job summary

Enza Zaden Poland Sp. Z.o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Marketing Lead to independently lead marketing projects across multiple markets, from concept to execution.

You will support sales targets, strengthen brands and bring campaigns closer to customers in a hybrid work setting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, 5+ years of marketing experience, fluent English and Polish, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• More than five years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events or communication projects.
• Strong analytical, digital, organizational and content‑creation skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns, events and promotions across multiple subsidiaries.
• Independently managing marketing projects from initial concept through content creation, implementation and performance evaluation.
• Translating product, customer and brand strategies into relevant communication plans and campaign ideas.
• Coordinating agencies, ensuring that deliverables meet the agreed brief, timeline and quality standards.
• Collecting and using market intelligence while maintaining marketing systems and digital tools related to promotional activities.
• Supporting less experienced marketing colleagues by sharing knowledge, providing guidance and contributing to their development.
• You will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and manage project-related expenses within the agreed marketing plans.

Location and Working Arrangement

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Working arrangement: Hybrid. Geographical scope: Multiple markets across the region.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Lead at Enza Zaden, you will independently lead marketing projects across multiple markets, from initial concept and content creation through execution. Your work will support sales targets, strengthen our brands and bring relevant campaigns closer to customers. Make a difference as Marketing Lead.

As a Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute tactical marketing plans based on regional priorities, market insights and commercial objectives. You will work closely with regional and local Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management and the Global Marketing Communication team. You will also collaborate with creative agencies and connect directly with customers during events and field activities. You will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and support marketing activities across the country. The role includes regular domestic and international travel.
