Job summary

RS Group in Warsaw is seeking a Marketing Executive to own marketing activities for Poland and Eastern Europe. You will plan and execute campaigns, manage digital channels, and coordinate events while collaborating with local and regional stakeholders.

You will drive brand awareness, support lead generation, and oversee ESG initiatives within a matrix organization. Fluency in Polish and English is essential, with Czech language a plus.

• Strong background in marketing across brand, content, communications, social media, and commercial programs.
• Experience developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Ability to identify target audiences and create effective go-to-market strategies.
• Data-driven approach with commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Content Manager, Supplier Marketing Manager, Education Program Leader, and Social Media Strategist.
• Define local marketing objectives with Marketing Manager and Local Business Manager.
• Create, present, and monitor marketing plans using performance data to optimize results.
• Manage marketing plan for the assigned country, including website updates and email campaigns.
• Oversee social media across Eastern Europe, including paid campaigns and analytics.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting local and EMEA objectives.
• Plan and coordinate events, materials, and sales support assets.
• Support ESG and CSR initiatives and educational programs.
• Develop and improve lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Contribute to strategies that grow RS brand awareness and revenue.

The Opportunity

Join our dynamic marketing team and take ownership of marketing activities across a dedicated country and the Eastern Europe region. In this varied role, you will work closely with local and regional stakeholders to plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, support lead generation, manage digital channels, and coordinate events. Combining strategic thinking with hands on execution, you will play a key role in supporting business growth, customer engagement, and sustainability initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate closely with the Content Manager, Supplier Marketing Manager, Education Program Leader, and Social Media Strategist.
• Define local marketing objectives in partnership with the Marketing Manager and Local Business Manager.
• Create, present, and monitor marketing plans, using performance data to optimize results.
• Manage the marketing plan for your assigned country, including website content updates and email marketing campaigns.
• Oversee social media activities across Eastern Europe, including content planning, paid campaigns, and performance analysis.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns that support local and EMEA business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate events, promotional materials, and sales support assets.
• Support ESG and CSR initiatives, including educational programs and awareness campaigns.
• Develop and improve lead generation, lead nurturing, and marketing automation processes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Contribute to strategies that increase RS brand awareness, grow the customer base, and drive revenue growth.
• Balance strategic planning with hands on execution to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Manage marketing budgets responsibly and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
