Job summary

Pandora A/S in Warsaw is seeking a Financial Controller - Marketing to support Global Marketing Finance with accurate reporting, clear variance analysis, and transparent cost control across marketing activities and investments. You will work with Marketing and Finance to support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Around 3 years of experience within finance, accounting, controlling, or business partnering.
• Strong understanding of cost controlling, month-end close, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities in a timely and accurate manner, including review of costs, accruals, and financial postings.
• Prepare financial reporting with clear commentary, highlighting key drivers, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
• Support budget, forecast, and Long-Range Planning processes for Global Marketing.
• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support informed decision-making.
• Drive process and tooling improvements to increase efficiency across month-end close, forecast updates, and ongoing reporting.
• Contribute to stronger financial transparency and governance across marketing spend and investment areas.
