Job summary

Pandora Global Business Services, based in Warsaw, supports Pandora’s global marketing finance activities. The Financial Controller - Marketing ensures accurate reporting, variance analysis, and financial transparency across marketing projects and investments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or business partnering.
• Fluent in English and Polish; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities with accurate costs, accruals and postings.
• Prepare financial reporting with clear commentary on drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budget, forecast, and long-range planning for Global Marketing.
• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge assumptions.
• Drive process and tooling improvements for month-end close and reporting.
