Job summary

Pandora A/S is seeking a Financial Controller - Marketing to join the Global Marketing Finance team in Warsaw. You will ensure accurate reporting, provide variance analysis, and enable financial transparency across marketing activities, collaborating with marketing and finance to support close, budgeting, and forecasting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, ~3 years of finance experience, strong cost-controlling and analytical skills, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field.
• Around 3 years of experience within finance, accounting, controlling, or business partnering.
• Strong understanding of cost controlling, month-end close, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities with costs, accruals, and postings reviewed.
• Prepare financial reporting with clear commentary on drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Support budget, forecast, and long-range planning for Global Marketing.
• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge assumptions.
• Drive process and tooling improvements for efficiency in close, forecast, and reporting.
• Contribute to governance across marketing spend and investment areas.
