Job summary

Hostinger, a fast-growing AI-first company, seeks a Marketing Data Analyst to evaluate marketing spend, build attribution and reporting, and deliver insights that guide channels. You’ll shape processes from the ground up and collaborate with the marketing team to bring structure where it’s needed most.

Day-to-day you’ll turn data into game-changing insights, own projects end-to-end, and work with SQL, Tableau, Amplitude, and other tools to analyze and visualize data while ensuring integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL expertise with ability to write and optimize queries.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau) and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into insights by partnering with marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Own analytics projects end-to-end, from approach to delivering insights and measuring impact.
• Use SQL, Tableau, and AI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data while ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders across Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, SEO, Product Marketing and other teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Partner with our Data Platform team to improve data availability, analytics workflows and scalable solutions.
