The role requires managing a pricing engine, aligning marketing spend with customer lifetime value, and delivering board-ready insights with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Led a central analytics organization at scale.
• Experience monetizing a subscription business with P&L accountability.
• Ability to design pricing and packaging for multiple products.
• Storytelling and presenting insights to executives and the board.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing, packaging, and value propositions across product lines.
• Lead analytics to drive revenue growth and lifecycle economics.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance to optimize CAC/LTV and churn.
• Build and iterate a pricing engine and governance around pricing decisions.
• Embed analytics in product challenges and decision-making processes.
