Hostinger is building an AI-first company and seeks a Community Growth Lead to own how we earn attention, trust, and loyalty of developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers who work with our infrastructure products. You’ll craft the narrative across channels, run webinars, and cultivate communities to accelerate adoption of MicroVM, VPS, AI Router, GPU, and related tools.

You'll build a scalable playbook from scratch, collaborate with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams, and develop

Qualificações

• 4+ years growing technical audiences in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Knowledge of how developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers discover, evaluate, and choose tools.
• Curiosity about IT trends and developer communities.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly and adapt messaging to markets.
• Experience running awareness campaigns, webinars, or meetups.
• Experience measuring community impact with data signals.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute strategy to reach technical audiences across channels.
• Tell Hostinger’s story to developers, DevOps, and AI explorers.
• Lead upper-funnel campaigns and webinars for technical audiences.
• Grow community presence in forums, subreddits, Discord, and social channels.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to turn learnings into tutorials and demos.
• Develop champions and partnerships with power users and developer groups.
• Measure impact on product growth and iterate based on data.
