Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a senior analytics leader to own monetization in a subscription business, overseeing cohorts, renewals, and pricing strategy across all products. You will partner with marketing, product, and finance to transform data into actionable revenue insights.

You will design an embedded analytics model, drive pricing experiments in market, and present quarterly results to the board. Lithuania-based preference, but global candidates welcome; heavy emphasis on data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Led a central analytics organization at scale.
• Managed managers and owned monetization in a subscription business.
• Experience with cohorts, renewal curves, and involuntary churn.
• Data-driven decision making at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Unit economics and the numbers underneath.
• Price and packaging strategy across products.
• Defining offering, bundles and journey across the customer experience.
• Marketing spend optimization against LTV and first purchase.
• Transform analytics operating model to be embedded in business challenges.
• Own net revenue retention and churn analytics across clients.
