Job summary

Viseven Group in Poland is seeking a skilled digital marketing professional to design and optimize omnichannel campaigns using marketing automation platforms. You'll craft customer journeys, build segments, and run email campaigns across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with email marketing and at least one ESP.
• Familiar with marketing automation platforms and omnichannel campaigns.
• Basic HTML and Excel knowledge.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data reporting abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in English (upper‑intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Work within marketing automation platforms.
• Design and construct Customer Journeys in Marketing Automation tools.
• Create segments in the Marketing Automation platform based on the given criteria.
• Build and execute email campaigns to ensure the best outcomes.
• Create and execute omnichannel campaigns using other channels (sms, messengers, etc.).
• Work within ready‑made content assets for adding personalization and testing.
• Work within other digital marketing tools (webinar platforms, chatbots, web analytics, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Campaign manager, who is responsible for the effectiveness of all campaigns, to streamline the workflow.
• Provide consultations on technical questions about digital channels and campaigns.
• Participate in the process of creating anintegrated IT Omnichannel ecosystem for clients.
• Monitor marketing campaigns for timely detection of bugs and errors.
• Prepare initial reports on campaign results (raw data).
