Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a senior RMG leader to partner with OpCo managers, directing a small team of analysts to deliver insights that drive commercial decisions across multiple markets.

You will co-own governance rhythms, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and shape pricing, promotions, and portfolio strategies while embedding findings in planning cycles. English fluency and FMCG experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in RMG, Commercial Finance, or Commercial Strategy in FMCG.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management with confidence to challenge senior OpCo leaders.
• Experience working across multiple markets or units and tailoring solutions to local context.
• Analytical fluency to direct and quality-check work.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Leadership capability; people management is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary RMG intelligence partner to OpCo RMG Managers, understanding each OpCo's context to shape an analytical agenda.
• Co-own the RMG governance rhythm with OpCo Managers: structure and deliver monthly Councils to drive proactive decisions.
• Translate insights into clear recommendations that influence pricing, promotions, and portfolio decisions.
• Support OpCo Managers to shape hypotheses and embed findings into planning cycles (AP, SP, ICP).
• Identify and prioritise deep-dive analysis requests; lead a small team of analysts to deliver with rigor.
• Provide expert judgment on pricing strategy, pack price architecture, and promotional performance.
• Track the adoption of recommendations and steer actions to improve commercial outcomes.
• Surface cross-OpCo themes to hub leadership and contribute to regional guidelines.
