MacGregor in Poland is seeking a Mechanical Designer to take ownership of designing dedicated equipment items according to technical contract requirements. You will develop concepts, handle ship or shore interfaces, and ensure the technical correctness of your design deliverables within agreed quality, cost, and time targets.

It is a hands‑on position involving close collaboration with cross‑functional project teams, strength analysts, and electrical or hydraulic specialists.

Formación

• Solid hands-on experience in 3D mechanical design.
• Experience with production methods.
• Ability to manage design scope independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Create detailed layouts and manage interfaces with ship or shore installations.
• Analyze equipment kinematics and select hydraulic or electric drives.
• Prepare models, drawings, and production documentation.
• Plan design tasks, estimate hours, report deviations to leads.
• Coordinate with hydraulic, electrical, and structural engineers.
• Participate in tendering and client technical discussions with precise data.
