Job summary

Seaonics Polska in Gdańsk seeks a mechanical design engineer to create components and assemblies, produce production drawings and BOMs, and support project delivery.

You will work with Autodesk Inventor, apply marine classification rules, and collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams.

Proficiency in English and Polish, strong communication, and an eye for detail are essential; an opportunity to grow in an international environment.

Qualifications

• A technical education in Mechanical or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with 3D modelling and producing complete production documentation, including 2D drawings and BOMs.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor and Vault.
• Knowledge of marine classification rules or related regulations is a plus.
• Good command of English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design and 3D modelling of components and assemblies.
• Preparation of technical specifications, production drawings, procedures, and work instructions.
• Selection of mechanical components and equipment.
• Verification and review of engineering documentation.
• Supporting Senior Engineers in daily engineering tasks and project execution.
