Job summary

Seaonics AS in Poland seeks a mechanical design engineer to create 3D models and production documentation for components and assemblies. You will prepare technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and work instructions while selecting suitable mechanical components and equipment.

Join an international team and contribute to project execution, with a focus on accuracy, compliance with marine standards, and cross-functional collaboration. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Technical education in Mechanical/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Experience in 3D modelling and production documentation (2D drawings and BOMs).
• Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor and Vault.
• Knowledge of marine classification rules and regulations (advantage).
• Good command of English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design and 3D modelling of components and assemblies
• Preparation of technical specifications, production drawings, procedures, and work instructions
• Selection of mechanical components and equipment
• Verification and review of engineering documentation
• Supporting Senior Engineers in daily engineering tasks and project execution
