Job summary

Cognizant Poland is hiring for an entry-level role supporting real-time transport data and incident reporting. This hybrid position operates in Kraków, Gdańsk, or Wrocław, with world-class training and clear career progression.

Fluent Czech and English (B2+), 0–2 years' experience, strong communication and research skills, and willingness to work shifts are required. This is a solid start to a global tech career.

Qualifications

• Fluent Czech & English with at least B2 level.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule (24/7).
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Good understanding of all forms of public transport.
• Researching skills.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Incident management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reporting problems from Customers, Client's Employees, Business Owners, Surveyors, and Data Feed Updates.
• Real-time reporting of public transportation disruptions and road incidents globally for the Client's Maps Transit launches.
• Running tests and providing feedback on new procedures including tools, policies and workflows.
• Performing validation by calling if required.
• Using a variety of online sources in multiple languages.

• Real-time reporting of public transportation disruptions and road incidents across the globe, to the cities and countries our Client's Maps Transit has been launched,

• Running tests and providing feedback on newly defined procedures including the use of tools, policies, and workflows,

• Performing validation by calling if required,

• Using a variety of online sources in various languages.

Skills and experience

• Fluent Czech & English ( at least B2 ),

• Willingness to work in a shift-based work schedule (24/7) ,

• Work experience of 0-2 years,

• Good understanding of all forms of public transport,

• Researching skills,

• Good communication skills and attention to detail,

• Incident management experience will be a great asset.
